iGOT 

Launched under Mission Karmayogi, iGOT (Integrated Government Online Training) is a digital learning platform designed to transform the capacity building of civil servants in India. As of 2026, it has become the “Netflix for Professional Development” for over 1.5 crore government employees.

What is iGOT?

The platform has evolved from a simple repository of PDFs to a high-tech, AI-driven learning ecosystem. Here’s what it looks like today:

• • Role-Based Learning: Instead of general “rule-based” training, iGOT offers “role-based” training. If you are a District Magistrate, your dashboard looks different from that of a Health Inspector.
  • Massive Scale: As of March 2026, the platform hosts over 4,400 courses with nearly 8 crore course completions.
  • The “Karmayogi Sadhana Saptah”: In April 2026, a National Learning Week was celebrated where all ministries focused on three pillars: Technology, Tradition, and Tangible Outcomes.
  • Digital Badges & Karma Points: Public servants now earn “Karma Points” for finishing courses, which are increasingly being linked to their Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APAR).
